How do I Map ResOnline Rooms to ResBook? Print

When creating new rooms (packages) in ResOnline, ensure that these are also mapped into ResBook. If they are not, bookings will not flow into ResBook.

Step 1 - Log into ResBook and go to ResOnline > Settings

Step 2 - Insert Rate Package ID by clicking on Fetch Rate Packages for the corresponding room.

Step 3 - Tick the Room and Click [Insert] as per screenshot example:

Step 4 - Save Changes and then click Update inventory to ensure that your inventory syncs.
