Hover over Reports > Statistics > Click on [Statistics Department Report].
According to the month that is selected, the following Statistics will be displayed:
Click on Show details for more information.
Total stay units are: Sum of physical rooms booked in current month (Doesn't take into account for virtual rooms)
Number of stay units on last night of the month: Sum of physical rooms (regardless of whether rooms are booked or not) on the last night of month.
The next section reveals information about the guests living in a different country/region:
Towards the bottom, information of this can be displayed by clicking on 'show details'. The report will break down into days of the month.
Limitations (The following is not included in the Detailed/Export report)
- Total - don't know usual residence
- Total NZ guests
- Total overseas guests
