Integration of ResBook with Zapier takes place within Zapier and there is no need for any activity within ResBook during the set-up process. Once connected, Zapier will be able to send 'Zaps' to a range of different apps to remind your customers of their bookings.

NOTE: For this example, we will be using Google Calendar, however, this is not the only app available for you to connect to using Zapier.

Once you have created your Zapier account, you will be taken to your Dashboard.

Once on your dashboard, you will need to click on 'Make a New Zap'. Every time you want to create a Zap for a booking, you will need to log onto to Zapier and do this.

Once you click on 'Make a New Zap, you will be taken to the screen named "Choose a Trigger App". This is where you will be connecting ResBook into Zapier.

If you have already created a zap before, then ResBook will appear as it does above. However, if you are creating a zap for the first time, then you will need to search for ResBook in the available search bar, and click on it once you find it. If you are searching for the first time, then you will need to login to ResBook using your standard ResBook login.

Once you have connected to ResBook, you will be brought to the "Select ResBook App Trigger Screen"

Here you need to select 'New Booking'. Selecting 'Authentication Test' is fine, but it will only authenticate your account and not create a trigger. Once you select 'New Booking', you will be brought to the "Select ResBook App Account". As you will only have one account attached, you can click on 'Save + Continue' to carry on.

You then test the ResBook app.

You need to have made a new booking within the past 15 minutes for Zapier to retrieve the booking. Click on 'Fetch & Continue' and the latest booking you have created will be fetched. Once Zapier has fetched it, you have completed step 1 of getting integrated with Zapier.

To go to step 2, click on 'Continue'.
