The Booking Forms are designed to enter guest details for bookings. Advance setup can also perform additional tasks:
- Taking Payment
- Adding Services
- Editing Bedding configuration
- Adding House Keeping entries
There are three types of booking forms:
| Type of Form | Basic Form Description |
|---|---|
Manual Booking Form | Used by your staff to enter bookings into ResBook. |
Agent Booking Form | Used by Agents to enter bookings into ResBook and is accessible from the "Agent Booking" entry on the Website Booking Calendar. |
Guest Booking Form | Used by guests to create bookings/booking requests in ResBook. Access to the guests is via your website utilising either a dedicated booking calendar page of iframe embedded booking calendar. |
