There are two types of minimum stays in ResBook. Stock Unit Minimum Stays and System Wide Minimum Stays. System Wide Minimum Stays will override any period that isn't covered my a minimum stay set up in a stock unit, however, it can also be made to override any minimum stays that you have set anywhere else.
If you have minimum stays that are being overridden, then follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Go to 'Settings > Stock Configurations > Minimum Stays'.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Edit system-wide stays'.
- If you have created an minimum stay there, be sure to check that the 'Override' check box has not been ticked. If ticked, un-check it.
This will prevent the system wide minimum stays from overriding the minimum stays you set up for each stock unit.
